Shipping Policy

FREE Canada & US Shipping
All orders in Canada and the continental USA ship FREE. All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours, pending any order discrepancies due to promotional offers, weekends and statutory holidays. Once your order is processed, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

If you are not at the shipping address at the time of delivery, the parcel will be sent to a Canada Post Outlet office for pick-up. A notice card will be left with outlining the location of fore mentioned Canada Post Office.

Please note that Canada Post tracking information might not show any new updates until it reaches a regional sortation facility near the destination. There is no need for concern if your tracking information does not update for several days. Please notify us if you do not receive your order past 24 hours after the standard delivery date. We will contact Canada Post to find and resolve the problem.

Order Address Errors
If your order was placed with an incorrect address due to customer error and your package will be ‘Returned To Sender’ via Canada Post after leaving our warehouse; we will charge a fee before any address corrections can be made to ship the order to correct address. For the cost of the return and the reshipment of the parcel, we will contact you on the cost of this charge.

Shipping labels are generated directly from the information you have provided on the ‘Checkout Page’. Please ensure all information you provide is correct.

**Shipments to extremely remote areas that require extra shipping charges levied by Canada Post may not qualify for free shipping. We will contact you regarding the additional charges for authorization prior to processing your order. Delivery times to these areas from Canada Post may be extended.
